THEORETICAL PREREQUISITES OF THE FORMATION OF THE BASIS OF READING COMPETENCE OF YOUNGER SCHOOL STUDENTS

The article reveals the theoretical prerequisites for formation of foundations reading competence younger schoolchildren through involvement in activities. logical sequence concepts is singled out: ‒ activity competence. essence proved; it consists an attempt to connect with and its results readiness read a book independently ability use acquired knowledge one’s own purposes. It has been established that becoming reader, interest books born actions them, reluctance can be provoked by learning itself. definition “reading activity”, which indisputable value as universal human value, work creativity, opportunity comprehensive development personality junior high school student, revealed. Considering system purposeful motivated actions, we believe should adequate motives directly related content. assumed formed achieved developing specified skills knowledge, but not at expense extensive methods, result pedagogical modeling, special technologies teaching reading, personal-value, information-communicative educational-cognitive abilities schoolchildren. following components are distinguished: motivational sphere, cognitive basis process, content aspect communicative informational literary terms, emotional aesthetic reading. concept activity” competence” was compared. We prospects further research solving issues such competences students, personal self-improvement, cultural social competences, technology training teachers students continuity between initial basic stages educational process.
